Pork goulash

I prepared a goulash and a couscous garnish, I can only say that it is very good, all the "people" liked it and here I mean those of the house and I am convinced that you will like it too if you dare to do it. And I'm just as convinced that you have your recipes, but I say that an extra idea doesn't hurt. Let it be useful to you

  • 1.5 kg boneless pork pulp
  • 400 gr onion
  • 300 gr yellow bell pepper (can also be red)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon buoy
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1lingura vegeta
  • parsley leaves
  • 1 can (350 gr.) Chopped tomatoes
  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 l apa
  • 1 hot pepper

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pork goulash:

Peel onions, peppers and hot peppers, wash and finely chop. The meat is cut into larger cubes, washed well and then dried with an absorbent towel. Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the meat and fry for 10 minutes. Remove the meat on a plate and add the onion and pepper to the oil in the pan, add the paprika and then place the meat. Let a little with the onion penetrate then add hot water (or vegetable soup), add vegeta then finally add salt. Add the bay leaf and thyme, cover and simmer. Try the meat to see if it has softened well then add the diced tomatoes and let it boil for another 10 minutes. Season with green parsley. As a garnish I made couscous.
