I bought these small potato dumplings from Lidl from Italian Week, so you know what dumplings I mean.

Boil in salted water for about a minute until it rises to the surface of the water.

In a deep frying pan (a wok for example) melt the butter and heat in it finely chopped onion and pepper.

Add the diced chicken breast (you can use chicken breast or fried chicken breast on a grill or in a pan), then pour the tomato juice, add a teaspoon of brown sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add sliced ​​garlic and finely chopped basil, season with salt and pepper and simmer for approx. Ten minutes.

At the end, add the potato dumplings to the wok and mix, then turn off the heat.

Serve the hot food sprinkled with a little chopped basil.

The restaurant at home

Let me come with something salty, as sweet as I kept making. Not that I haven't cooked anything lately, but it was something already done and noted on the blog. If I still "got" some "utensils" that I wanted in the kitchen here (which were upset and the only ones in the kitchen at home), such as the grill and blender, I said to use them Chicken breast marinated in beer, grilled, tomato and olive sauce, along with plain rice.

We need :
- 2 whole chicken breasts, beer, salt, pepper, paprika, granulated garlic
- pt. sauce: 4 tomatoes, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 onion, basil, black olives, salt, pepper, olive oil

We prepare like that :
The chicken breast is washed, wiped, lightly beaten with a hammer and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and granulated garlic. Put it in a bag that can be closed or in a casserole, pour enough beer on top to cover it and leave it in the fridge, to marinate, for at least 3 hours.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Put a little olive oil in a pan, add the tomatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic and bring to a boil. When the sauce thickens, pass it through the blender, add salt and pepper, add basil and sliced ​​black olives. There is another boil.
Fry the chicken breast on the grill.

Serve with tomato and olive sauce, next to a garnish of rice or whatever you like.

After the wine decreases, take the pieces of meat out and keep them warm.
