- 1 chicken about 2 kg.
- 10 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 10 heads of garlic (smaller, because they didn't grow big)

We wash and cut the chicken into smaller pieces and put it in jars with oil and 1/2 cup water. When the chicken is fried, wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut them larger, as well as the pepper, wash them and cut them into larger pieces. Put the tomatoes and peppers in a bowl, add the peeled garlic and season with salt and pepper. When the chicken is almost ready, turn it over, mix the tomatoes and peppers and leave it on the fire for about 20 minutes.
Serve with polenta.
