Bake the simple pancakes without sugar, then leave to cool

After they have cooled, take the pancakes and place them on top, 5-6 pieces each (see photo>) then put cream cheese, ham, thinly sliced red pepper

turn your heads inwards and roll (you need a little help. otherwise they may break)

put in a pan greased with a little butter

After I'm done with the rolls, grease them with egg yolk, sour cream,

put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

Serve both hot and cold

ps: let me tell you how the idea came with the dedication.

When I received the Ben 10 T-shirts last week, the kids said, "Mom, do you have to make a recipe for these T-shirts now?" pity that only verbally ............ anyway we are waiting for you with all our love.

So the idea was for my dwarfs, not mine.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites and salt well with the mixer until the foam becomes sticky.

Beat the yolks with the other ingredients.

Pour the beaten egg white in the middle of that composition and mix gently from the outside to the inside with a spatula, and nothing else, to come out properly.

Then make the pancakes in the pan as normal. It's just that they are more fragrant, very tasty and dietary, without carbohydrates from white flour and without sugar.

Baked pancakes with meat and mushrooms

These tasty pancakes with meat and mushrooms are tasty and very effective!

Whenever I prepare meat dishes: steak either in the oven or grilled, slices, meatballs or sausages and stay for the second or even the third day, I wonder how to combine them to prepare something other than a simple stew or moussaka.

This time I made some pancakes in the oven, which turned out very good.

Preparing pancakes

For pancakes: I rubbed the egg with salt, I added the cold milk, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. I mixed well and I started to prepare the pancakes in a pan with a diameter of 22 cm, putting 1 piece of dough in the hot pan and greased with a little oil. I baked each pancake for 1 minute on each side, over a higher heat.

Prepare the filling

For the filling: I chopped the meat dishes (2 homemade sausages, 3 slices, 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast, 3 slices of kaizer).
I chopped the onion in scales and hardened it in a little oil, then I added the drained and chopped mushrooms. I stirred a few times so that it didn't stick and I lifted it off the heat, leaving it to cool.
After cooling, I mixed the mushrooms and onions with the minced meat, I added 1/2 bunch of chopped green parsley, an egg and a donut washed, cleaned and cut into cubes and I mixed well.
Spices were not to be added, as all the meat ingredients were seasoned during the previous preparation.

Assembly and baking Baked pancakes with meat and mushrooms

I coupled two pancakes, so that with both to obtain the length of the heat-resistant form in which I prepared them and I spread a quarter of the meat and mushroom composition, at one end of the pancakes, then I rolled them and placed them baked, greased with a little oil, side by side.

In a bowl, mix the 2 eggs well with flour and water, then fry the pancakes one by one.

7 pancakes came out of my dough.

In a bowl we put the 2 packets of cheese, eggs (whole), sugar, vanilla sugar, and as many raisins as we want.

Mix well with a spoon and start filling the pancakes.

Put about 3 tablespoons of cheese on each pancake, and after filling it, do not roll it normally, roll it very wide, just join the edges a little.

After filling them all, I put them in a tray made of aluminum foil not greased with anything, you can put in whatever you want, but it is preferable to have at least one dish of jenna, and the pancakes to be one a little over the other.

I put them in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

The cheese filling after it comes out of the oven, is bound, does not flow at all, and is very similar to the cheese filling. You can also add sour cream on top of them before putting them in the oven.

Pancakes with sweet cheese in the oven are served either plain powdered with sugar or sour cream.

Cake the Metru-Meteres Piskota

The Metru-Meteres Piskota cake is an old cake that my mother prepared every Christmas or Easter. It was a holiday then to have such a cake in the house. The puddings were only found in Hungary and as in those times of the years & # 821780 you were not allowed to leave the country, we stocked up when the Hungarians from abroad came to the market and brought for sale all kinds of products that were not found in our country.

I don't know if you still remember those who live in the west of the country, especially how good were those hazelnuts pulled in the glaze, Dunakavics. As I was saying, my mother made supplies of pudding and margarine (because I had never seen butter brought for sale) from the market and made us this Cake at Metru-Meteres Piskota. What would I not give to be able to go back in time, to be a child again.

Fluffy and tender pancakes & # 8211 the simplest recipe that doesn't fail. The secrets of the perfect pancakes that turn easily in the pan and do not break. Simple recipe for french pancakes or pancakes. How to make pancake dough with milk, eggs and flour? Chef Paul Bocuse's pancake recipe.

Everyone asks us how to make fluffy and tender pancakes but also tasty! I say this because many fry them insufficiently in the pan and the pancakes, although they remain soft, are obviously unripe & # 8230 what we don't want! The secret of the tasty pancakes lies precisely in the brown spots on them.

There are many pancake recipes, each household having one inherited from the family from the mother or grandmother or, why not, recently acquired from the internet or from friends. A few years ago I published the family recipe: soft and tender pancakes that contain both milk and mineral water. Her recipe has been tested by tens of thousands of readers and can be read here.

The French do not use mineral water or soda in pancakes, their dough being prepared only with milk. Sometimes I use beer or cider and the flour is not always white but can be combined with wholemeal flour or buckwheat flour (ble noir de ble noir & # 8211 la galettes). Yes, pancakes (pancakes) are a dessert with French origins just like eclerele, choux a la creme or puff pastry dough. Their name comes from the old French they are called Crespi meaning something «frisé, ondulé» (ruffled, curly, wavy) & # 8211 from crispus (from Latin lb.). The most famous are the pancakes from Brittany that are served both sweet and salty (galettes).

During my many visits to France, I had the chance to spend a holiday in Brittany, on the Ile d & # 8217Oleron, in the Atlantic Ocean. The host of the holiday villa was a respectable lady of about 70 years (Huguette) who also made pancakes for us every 2 days. Of course I asked her about the recipe and she offered it to me immediately. He said it was the late Chef Paul Bocuse (who campaigned for to New French Cuisine), which he immediately showed me by taking his cookbook out of the library. He also told me that the only difference is that she no longer puts sugar in the dough (a tiny amount was provided) because she also likes salty fillings. The rest are exactly the same amounts, including the small piece of melted butter that turns these pancakes into something really good. Since then I only make pancakes according to this recipe and I thought I would share it with you in the following.
