Next I put half the amount of meat and again a layer of lasagna sheets.
I repeated the above operations once more. I poured the last part of bechamel sauce on top, I put another aluminum foil over it and I put the tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the lasagna sheets softened.
At the end I took the aluminum foil and sprinkled grated cheese. I left it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Personally, I really like lasagna and how quickly I made it, I'm really excited. Let me not tell you how hungry the children ate.

It's not simple (but not extremely complicated), but it's worth it, the result is sensational. It is not a pie as you would expect, it is more of a dish served with tender dough baked in the oven. No matter what you call it, it's something special. Being the first recipe for 2016, I said it would be something spectacular. Without further ado, the first recipe of the new year follows (which promises to be a success for all of us, doesn't it?)
- 500 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 125 g baby onion (onions as small as possible)
- 500 ml poultry stock
- a bay leaf
- a twig of thyme
- 200 g smoked bacon (pancetta), of the best quality (try to find something as high quality and slightly salty as possible, otherwise all the preparation will jump excessively)
- 100 g butter
- 250 g small mushrooms
- 100 ml sherry sec
- 200 ml sour cream for cooking
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- a tablespoon chopped parsley
- 250 g dough sheets
- a yolk mixed with a teaspoon of onion
- salt and black pepper
The chicken is cut into 2 cm cubes. Dip the onions in boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove, cool under running cold water, and clean. Boil the poultry stock, put the onions in it and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the onions with a whisk.
Put the chicken, bay leaf and thyme in the soup. Boil everything for 5 minutes in small pots. Remove from the heat, leave the chicken in the liquid for another 2-3 minutes. Strain the soup, discard the herbs and season the chicken. The soup is preserved.
Bacon is cut into 2 cm thick strips. Melt a quarter of the butter in a pan and place over the bacon. Fry until crispy and remove on paper towels.
The pan is wiped. Melt the rest of the butter. When it foams, put the whole mushrooms and cook for 7 minutes. Season to taste (pay attention to salt, the bacon is already salty). Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
Add sherry and let it cool well. Put the bacon and onion and soup in the low sherry. Bring to the boil and simmer until reduced by half. Add the sour cream and let it boil until it drops by a third. Put the tarragon and parsley and remove from the heat.
Now move on to the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut 4 discs using a plate of tender dough. Place on a baking sheet and then cut with a diamond-shaped knife. Grease with the yolk mixed with water. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until it grows and browns. Then crack the oven door and leave for another 2 minutes, so the dough becomes crispy. Turn off the oven and remove the tender dough from it. Keep the discs on a grill to cool.
Meanwhile, add the mushrooms to the sauce, bring to the boil, then add the chicken, leave for 30-40 seconds until the chicken is well heated, add all the salt and pepper. Put it on plates and place a sheet of foil on top. Good appetite!

- clean the onion, wash it and slice it finely with a sharp knife. With the same knife, increase the pulp and cut the pancetta into cubes.
- Peel an onion, wash it and, with a sharp knife, slice it finely. Using the same knife, cut the thigh and cut the bacon into cubes.
