Melt the chocolate over low heat together with the whipped cream. Bring to the boil, mix well and leave to cool. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. When it has cooled very well, we put the mixer and mix until we get a fluffy composition, a composition in which we will add powdered milk, Nesquik, condensed milk and finally milk.

If you think it's too sweet, add a little more cream or whipped cream.

Put the bowl in the freezer for 2 hours, remove and mix with the vertical blender to break the ice needles and to homogenize the ice cream. Put back in the freezer until completely frozen.
