Microwave check with vanilla and strawberries


- a tablespoon of butter at room temperature

- half a teaspoon of vanilla essence

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- a teaspoon of baking powder

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon

- 2-3 tablespoons of strawberries, cut into slices.

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the strawberries, and mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough, but be careful not to mix it too much.

2. Add the strawberries, but mix gently so as not to crush them.

3. Prepare a large cup and spray it with oil (if you don't have one, you can grease it with a little butter), then pour the dough into it, taking into account that it will double in volume when baked. So you need a fairly large cup.

3. Put the cup in the microwave (at high intensity) and let the cake cook for 75 to 90 seconds. The time required varies depending on the microwave you have, so it is advisable to supervise the baking process. The check is made when it is swollen, fluffy and passes the toothpick test.

Microwave check with white chocolate and matcha tea


- 6 cubes of white chocolate

- half a teaspoon of baking powder

- half a teaspoon of matcha tea.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough. You can also add fruit (for example, raspberries) if you want a fresher version of this dessert.

2. Pour the mixture into a large, heat-resistant cup, taking into account the same rule as before - you must let it grow. Prepare microwave cake for 40-60 seconds - or more, if applicable. It is important to be done in the middle.

3. Remove microwave cake, leave it to cool for about a minute and serve it with whipped cream and a few slices of fresh fruit. This cake can be enjoyed in the morning with a cup of green tea.

Microwave check with chocolate and hazelnuts


- a tablespoon of cocoa powder

- half a teaspoon of baking powder

- a tablespoon and a half of peanut butter *

- a tablespoon of unsweetened apple puree

- a tablespoon and a half of vegetable oil

* you can replace peanut butter with Nutella chocolate cream

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients with a fork, then grease a cup with a little butter and pour the composition into it, so that there is enough space left.

2. Leave the dough in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or less, until it penetrates the middle. Serve the cake with whipped cream and a few browned brown pans in the pan.

It is enough to do it once check the microwave to realize that you can always enjoy a delicious dessert without too much hassle. The cake can be adapted to your needs, meaning you can make it more dietetic, if you put less sugar or use a sweetener.
