In the latest of viral food videos, this tea vendor in Thailand is making what looks like teh tarik, a Malaysian tea that literally translates into "pulled tea."

Further research suggests that the practice of pouring tea from one cup to another makes it frothier; the actual distance of pouring is just for kicks (and, we assume, so is spinning while pouring).
