I think you agree with me that this food is great for a Saturday or Sunday with the family. Roasted meatballs, mashed potatoes and baked pepper salad = a perfect lunch.
- 8 lower legs of chicken
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon grated salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small cup of water
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked chicken legs:
In a bowl, mix the olive oil with all the spices.
The chicken legs washed and cleaned of any feathers that have nothing to do there, we pass them through the spiced oil and place them in a tray.
If there is any sauce left, pour it over the thighs, then add water to the pan and put in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
At 15-minute intervals, turn the thighs from side to side.
We check with a fork if the meat is penetrated before removing it from the oven.
Serve with mashed potatoes and baked pepper salad.
