  • 1 pound bratwurst sausages, casing removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/12 cups milk
  • 1 cup beer, such as Miller (headquartered in Milwaukee)
  • 1 package McCormick Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup cheese curds or shredded white Cheddar cheese

  • 1 pound sparkling bratwurst sausages, casings eliminated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/four cup flour
  • 1 half cups milk
  • 1 cup beer, together with Miller® (based in Milwaukee)
  • 1 bundle McCormick® Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1 half cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • three/four cup cheese curds or shredded white Cheddar cheese

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Cook and disintegrate sausage in massive skillet on medium-high warmth till browned. Drain fats. Remove from skillet. Set apart.
  • Melt butter in same huge skillet on medium warmth. Sprinkle with flour. Cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk, beer and Gravy Mix with whisk till smooth. Stirring continuously, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer five mins or till sauce begins to thicken. Gradually stir in shredded cheese until melted and easy. Stir in cooked sausage. Spoon into nine-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese curds.
  • Bake 15 minutes or till cheese melts. Serve with gentle pretzel bites or pretzel chips.
