What is the secret of evenly shelled eggs

One of the most important factors when it comes to stuffed eggs is the way we peel them. The eggs must keep their whites intact, without being pinched, in order to have a pleasant appearance. Well, the secret is not just during cooking.

The eggs are boiled with salt for at least 10 minutes, maybe even longer, depending on the flame of the stove. After boiling well, they are immediately placed in a cold water bath with ice. This step is very important, guaranteeing a uniform and fast peeling.

Another important step is how you cut the eggs. Be sure to clean the knife after each egg so as not to transfer any yolk residue to the next egg. They are cut lengthwise.

NATURALLY COLORED EGGS COLORED IN PINK

Stuffed eggs naturally colored in pink with the help of the liquid in which the beet was boiled are beautiful, tasty and perfect for the Easter Holidays, but also for any other festive meal, when you want to impress your guests. These can also be a good idea to reuse leftover eggs after the holidays.

Stuffed eggs are an easy and quick appetizer to prepare, attractive in appearance, tasty and spicy. I use stuffed egg recipes either for a festive meal, or just because I want to offer my people cheerful and beautifully decorated appetizers.

In general, I prepare more painted eggs for the Easter holidays, thinking that I will need some eggs for the friends who visit us.

If the Finns also come to us, then I definitely need at least two more for the little ones for each child, because they are never satisfied with hitting a single egg. Given this, it is very possible that these eggs remain uneaten, the children have fun just hitting the eggs, they do not want to eat them, so the next day I reuse them and turn them into stuffed eggs or salads.

I also met people who put stuffed eggs on the Easter table, the colored ones being only for collision and decoration. I am sure that the recipe below will be a source of inspiration for them. Over time we have prepared many recipes for stuffed eggs, and the collection will be a source of inspiration if click here.

Stuffed eggs colored naturally in pink seem very aesthetic. The color pink is given by beets, but it will not influence the taste of the egg white in any way. I highlighted their color by making a filling with a contrasting color, an intense yellow made only of yolks, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and a powder of smoked paprika.

I made the recipe for the channel You Tube. That day I prepared several recipes, all of which will be eaten later for dinner.

The first filmed recipe was this, then I had the live on Facebook with Andreea, for the Gatesc project with friends. If you haven't followed us yet, I invite you to access the post from here.

After the live on Facebook, we filmed two more episodes for You Tube, then we all ate quietly and glad that we made some simple and useful videos.

    Eggs waited in the fridge.

During the filming breaks, the first thing I did was go knock on the transparent glass panel twice and look in the refrigerator.

I think those who have such a refrigerator at home also played in the first days in this way. But, going over my play, I want to tell you that after 6 hours in the fridge, the eggs were just as fresh.

There was no need to cover them with cling film or put them under a lid. They didn't borrow other smells from the fridge, although I had a portion of shrimp and a pike there, and I had food in the pots (soup and stew). This was possible because the LG refrigerator maintains a correct level of humidity, but also because it has a special filter that helps a lot to reduce odors.

The eggs were eaten with gusto and everyone who tasted them said they would make them too because the recipe is very simple.

Now I let you discover the ingredients you need, and you can watch the preparation in the movie below.

    INGREDIENT:

    6 hard boiled eggs

    1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

    For decoration:

I invite you to watch the movie to see the preparation method. If you like the recipe, I hope you will subscribe and ring the bell to be notified when I post a new recipe.
